About Us:

Molly Levitt: Molly studied education in undergraduate at Boston College and during her Master’s program at Harvard. A few years into teaching her life took a turn when she developed technology to help her better individualize her teachings to support each student. This technology took off when she made it available to other teachers and soon she found herself running a startup. Her startup, BrightLoop, was accepted into some of the most prestigious accelerators including Y Combinator, Mass Challenge, and 4.0 Schools. This gave her access to learn from some of the great minds of Silicon Valley including Paul Graham, Jessica Livingston, and Geof Ralston. As Founder and CEO of BrightLoop, Molly raised investor capital that did not come easy. This gave her a deep understanding of how challenging it can be to raise startup funding and has inspired her to support other companies in making that process less difficult. After moving on from BrightLoop she became the Director of Marketing at EdSurge (acquired by ISTE) and later Breathe For Change and had the opportunity to be involved in some of their fundraising. Recently, she has been hired to build the US version of the Remarkable Accelerator where she brings her deep education in building effective curriculum with her lived experience of being a founder and early employee at various Silicon Valley startups.

Sam Lazarus: Sam is an honors graduate of Middlebury College and Harvard Business School where he was a student-elected representative in their governing body and also led the team behind Harvard’s largest student-run conference: The Harvard Social Enterprise Conference. Throughout his career he has held leadership positions at organizations undergoing periods of intense change and requiring a blend of team management, capital fundraising, and strong corporate governance to help navigate to the next stage. In those roles he has raised over $75m in investor funding in the education, cryptocurrency, and telecom sectors. More recently he has served in advisory capacities with Seven Seven Six, the VC firm founded by Reddit Cofounder Alexis Ohanian, and Overlooked Ventures, a VC fund focused on backing historically excluded founders. He serves on the advisory board of two venture-backed startups and splits time between his work in tech and helping run a podcast production company, Double Elvis, which hosts the #1 music related podcast in the World. He is also fluent in Mandarin.

SmartJob: SmartJob is a global company dedicated to closing the disability wealth gap by catalyzing employment through innovation. SmartJob serves as a first-of-its-kind social impact consultant and trusted source of market intelligence for donors and investors in the 1 billion+ person global disability market.
